No, you do not have to be registered to place an order. You can simply order via the guest account but if you register, you can conveniently make online orders and avoid the hassle of repeatedly keying in the same information (First Name, Last Name, Company Name, GST No., Address, Phone No., E-mail ID, etc.) for your future online purchases from our website.

You can track your order status in My Account ā€“ Orders. In front of Order number, you can check the status and press the “Track” button.

Once you have ordered the goods, you will receive the confirmation on mail along with the invoice. You can also download invoice from My Account ā€“ Orders. InĀ front of Order number, you can click the “Invoice” button to download the invoice pdf copy.

You can click the “Lost your password” button on the login page to generate a new password.

You can find the coupon codes in our newsletter. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive our offers by email. You can also find codes on our social media channels (Links for social media is provided on the top of the page).

When you click the “View Cart” button, there will be an option to enter the Coupon Code. Enter the code and click “Apply Coupon” button right next to it. The relevant amount will be then automatically deducted from your order amount.

You can only use one discount code at a time. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction.

As each and every customer of ours is important, we have not kept any minimum order amount for our customers.

Market fluctuation of raw material and rapid increase in the cost of production does not allow us to keep our prices fixed for a long time.

If you sign up for the newsletter, you will be updated with our new product launches, price change, announcement of new offers, coupon codes, greeting and wishes, terms and conditions, etc.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges for you order will be calculated as per the table below.

We process all orders within 2 to 5 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees or charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping is to be borne by the customer.

If you are not present when the courier company attempts to deliver your parcel, the courier company will make attempts to reach you via phone call or message. Please ensure that you take phone calls from the courier company to facilitate the delivery of your package. After the attempt, the courier company will hold on the parcel for 1 day awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel back to us. Once the parcel has been shipped back to us by the courier company, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via the original mode of payment after deducting the return charges and taxes as applicable.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can cancel an order only till the time the order has not been processed.Ā

You will receive a message / email / phone call within 2 to 5 working days.

For Domestic Orders, We accept returns within 7 days of delivery of your shipment. For International Orders, We donot accept returns.

For Domestic Orders, Rs 100 will be charged as return pickup charges and the pickup will be arranged by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For International Orders, We donot accept returns.

Please call or mail our customer care executives and we will sort out the issue for you. Return should be made in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original packaging only. We reserve the right to cancel the return request.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment, within 7 working days. You will receive a message / email / phone call if we will be processing the refund through any other payment mode.

We use the information provided by you to create your account, send you the order updates, replying you for all the queries, solving all the problems, sending you the new product launches and offers, sending the newsletter, resolve disputes, measure sales trends & interest, marketing purpose, etc.
