• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery of our shipment.
  • All products should  be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • There are no charges for return and pickup will be arranged by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns will be processed only if there is a physical or technical defect in the product. In case where there is a damage to the product packaging but not to the actual product, no return will be processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the request for return or refund.
  • Once the products returned are received and inspected thoroughly after an internal investigation, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied through the method of payment, within 7 working days.
